چکیده
Background: Benign prostatic hyperplasia [BPH] is the urologic condition that affects elderly men most frequently hyperplasia. must be distinguished from
lower urinary tract symptoms and benign enlargement. which refers to an enlarged prostate, a purely histological term development, maintenance, secretory activity of prostate other sex-accessory tissues are stimulated by presence certain hormones growth factors. pathophysiology significantly influenced enzyme 5α-reductase. It's important remember 5-αreductase responsible for creating Dihydrotestosterone stronger androgen. Pterostilbene Mostly found in blueberries grapes pterostilbene substance with number biological properties including anticancer properties. lipid-soluble molecule exists both cis trans forms latter being more prevalent. The conventional medication utilized this trial was finasteride inhibits 5α-reductase lowers amount Dihydrotestosterone.
Methods: Forty-eight male rats were divided into six groups; control group consisted eight who received subcutaneous injections oil vehicle period 42 days. induction testosterone propionate fourteen 0.44 mg/kg oral gavage twenty-eight days following 200 included 8 given 200mg/kg 28 after 14 induction. 100 100mg/kg per day kg dose resveratrol After days.
Results: Histological section similar those negative revealed numerous variable sizes alveoli filled homogenous eosinophilic secretion, had normal epithelial stromal tissue.
Conclusion: have potent anti-proliferative effect decrease hyperplastic nodules return cell very good scavenging free radical [very as antioxidant] compare Vitamin c resveratrol.
Aim study: evaluate Anti proliferative on assess antioxidant DPPH Assay.

Comparison of Matrix Metalloproteinases 2 mRNA Expression in Prostatic Adenocarcinoma and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Background and Aims: Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide in men. Matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2) has a role in the invasion and destruction of the basement membrane and the extra-cellular matrix and facilitating the process of tumor cell invasion. The present study was conducted to compare the expression of MMP2 gene in prostate cancer (PCa) and benign prostatic ...
متن کاملArginase activity in prostatic tissue of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma.
We studied arginase activity in human prostatic tissue in 15 patients with benign hyperplasia and 27 patients with prostatic carcinoma. Arginase specific activity is greater (p less than 0.0001) in prostatic carcinomas than in hyperplastic prostates. Arginase specific activity is correlated inversely (p less than 0.0001) with the histological grade of the tumor.

Background: Different studies assessed the role of inflammation in malignancy of different organs. Prostatitis has been suggested as a cause of cancer and BPH. Till now, more than 100 types of human Papilloma virus (HPV) are recognized including low and high-risk groups for carcinogenesis. Among them HPV-16 and HPV-18 have shown further association with cancer. Regarding the pr...

BACKGROUND: Clinical prostatic diseases occur in 80% of dogs over 5 and 95% over 9 years of age. . It seems that benign prostatic hyperplasia) BPH) affect Scottish terriers more severely than the other breeds. OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to evaluate the changes of biochemical and hematological parameters in BPH dogs. METHODS: Blood samples were collected from 10 male dogs older than five year...
